To describe Joseph Exteriors and our service, we have adopted a Deep Sea Charter Fishing theme. We have on board a combined experience of 60 years. Our Captain (Chris Zappa, Owner), First Mate and veteran Deck Hands will set a smooth course to make your on-board experience enjoyable, memorable, and catch a trophy fish you can talk about for years.

Chris Zappa – Owner

Chris has a Business Major from the University of Tennessee. He has learned everything he knows from the very best, his dad, Owner & CEO of Joseph Construction.

He worked with his dad as a young boy. He worked out in the field while attending school and then became project manager after college. After 15 years as a project manager, he became a Division Manager of their Remediation Company.

Twenty plus years later Chris had the opportunity to purchase his own company, Bob Kidd Siding. He decided to change the name and have a fresh new start.

Rebecca Renfro – Manager

Rebecca was born and raised in Cades Cove. She has be in Real Estate for 12 years as a Realtor and Property Manager. Her years of experience in Real Estate have proven to be a great asset to our company.

Rebecca came aboard in September of 2011 and continues to strive to make our customer’s experience with our company as smooth as possible.

Tony Allen – Project Manager

Tony served in the Army in the early to mid 1980′s. After that, he worked for a wholesale distributor for 14 years.

He had worked in the home improvement industry since 2000 and joined Joseph Exteriors in 2006. His experience and knowledge of home repairs continues to assure customers that all of their home improvements will be done to their satisfaction.

Gary Rudman – Project Manager

Gary has worked for a major home improvement supplier in this area for 23 years as manager. He recently retired from that same company. After retiring, Gary realized he loved the industry so much that he came to work for us as a project manager. His vast knowledge of the home improvement industry has enhanced our team greatly.

DJ Spears – Project Manager

DJ has worked installing gutters and roofing for the past 6 years. He recently became one of our project managers. We feel with his experience, he can provide a detailed account of all exterior repairs needed for our customers’ home.

Scott Clark – Job Superintendent

Scott has been doing construction work for 17 years. He started as a laborer when he was eighteen and worked his way up from there.

Scott has done all aspects of the trade, from pouring concrete to putting in cabinets. He is also skilled in siding, shingling roofs, framing walls and laying hardwood.
